Praha (Prague January 2016)

After a long snowy drive into Prague we found the place we rented for the weekend, caught some sleep then headed out the next morning.  Thankfully we stayed close enough that we were able to walk into town.  Charles bridge in the background.
Rollin' with our homies...

Some warm fire roasted bread covered with cinnamon and sugar filled with Nutella was an awesome treat to keep the hands warm.

Cruzin' along the streets of down town.  Just so happened that we ended up walking over 7 miles on our first day.  Kids were troopers.

Astronomical clock.

Not sure how these guys were playing in the cold weather, but they were in the center of the town square.  They were rocking an awesome jazzed up version of When the Saints Go Marching In.

This creepy baby street performer just happened to mesmerize the kids.  If we would have allowed it, they would have watched for hours and hours.  Lexi was enjoying the record feature on her new iPod.
Trying to stay warm...

St. Nicholas Cathedral with Praha in the background.

No trip is complete without a little parkour.

St. Vitus's Cathedral
Doorway to the cathedral.  Not sure what it means but I thought it looked cool.
Beth was obviously cold!
Nice to step back and get some perspective on the actual size of the cathedral.

Mirror maze = tourist trap.
Night stroll out for some pics.  Unfortunately got out too late so lost the sky but was happy with some of the results.

Overnight it snowed about 2-3 inches.  The kids were eager to get out!
Beth needed more convincing.

On our last night we attended a concert in the Spanish Synagogue.  This was part of the ceiling.  Note the Star of David chandelier in the center.  It was quite beautiful.
